Stanton & Taylor First National Director, Greg Taylor attended the awards night where the agency was named as the top office in the state for most properties sold in 2015. Stanton & Taylor First National was also ranked at number eight in the state for most commission made, which is a feat for a Penrith based real estate agency when competing with agencies in suburbs experiencing sales of residential properties averaging the $1.2 million mark.
"The sheer number of properties we have sold in the past year pushed us up into the top ten for most commission made by NSW agencies, which is an accomplishment that no agency in the Penrith area has ever achieved before," said Greg.
However to take the top spot for most properties sold was a welcome surprise for Greg and his wife Rhonda who attended the awards ceremony at Doltone House in Sydney last Saturday evening.
"We knew we'd had an outstanding year when it came to performance, and I was expecting that we would take home a few awards for our excellent sales staff, but when the news was announced that we had taken the number one spot for the agency to sell the most properties in NSW, I was floored. It really is a testament to how hard the Stanton & Taylor sales team have worked in the past year," said Greg.
Two of the senior sales executives from Stanton & Taylor First National, Rod McIvor and Joseph Vella received the top sales awards, with both getting Diamond awards on the evening. Greg took out a Platinum award and senior sales executive, Justin Cohen accomplished a Gold award for his sales record.
"We couldn't be prouder of the sales team for their phenomenal achievements over the past year and we are confident that 2016 is going to be equally successful given the dedication and passion of our sales team."
